Winning bidder is responsible for setting up and paying for a professional removal team.
Start date: Approximatly June 26th 2023
Removal Completion Date: July 31st 2023
Days and Times for removal: Monday through Sunday 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Other times available upon request.
Removal Crew to supply their own lift equipment.
Removal Crew to supply proof of 2 million in liability coverage.
The Seller will pay to have the sprinkling lines shut down to the mezzanine.
The Seller will pay to have the power terminated to the mezzanine.
Removal Crew will have access to two standard dock for loading and unloading.
Removal Crew will have accress to the fenced in parking lot to properly stack and stage the equipment for loading.
Payment will be 50% down within 24 hours of bid acceptance and balance due before product ships from the building.
