This mezzanine is in good condition and will be ready to be removed by June 26th 2023. 

Terms of the offering:
  • Winning bidder is responsible for setting up and paying for a professional removal team.
  • Start date: Approximatly June 26th 2023
  • Removal Completion Date: July 31st 2023
  • Days and Times for removal:  Monday through Sunday 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM.  Other times available upon request.
  • Removal Crew to supply their own lift equipment.
  • Removal Crew to supply proof of 2 million in liability coverage. 
  • The Seller will pay to have the sprinkling lines shut down to the mezzanine.
  • The Seller will pay to have the power terminated to the mezzanine.  
  • Removal Crew will have access to two standard dock for loading and unloading.  
  • Removal Crew will have accress to the fenced in parking lot to properly stack and stage the equipment for loading.  
  • Payment will be 50% down within 24 hours of bid acceptance and balance due before product ships from the building.
